The strata association is responsible for approving renovation applications and the maintenance of common areas such as lobbies and hallways, and shared facilities such
as swimming pools and gyms. Because strata management must regard the mandate of the strata committee and the best interests of multiple owners, there is much to consider when approaching a repair/refresh, retrofit, or renovation.

PFB Contracting takes great care to ensure that we park in designated areas and use the correct entrances, exits and elevators when transporting crew, materials and equipment. Having trades moving through common spaces can be an inconvienience to residents and we are committed to having a low impact presence.
